Enrollment is just 3 steps away!

Follow our instructions to ensure your registration form is processed quickly and effortlessly.

Step 1:

Complete the online registration form. Your registration will be processed within 3 business days of being submitted. You will then receive a confirmation email from our registrar outlining next steps. Be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder if this is the first time you're receiving an email from Woodinville Toddler Group.

Step 2:

A non-refundable, yearly registration fee of $99 is required (pro-rated for mid-year enrollment). All families only pay one registration fee per school year, regardless of how many children or adults are enrolling. If your desired class is full and you are placed on a wait list, your registration fee will not be charged until you are enrolled in a class. Details on how to remit payment will be included in your registration confirmation email.

Payment must be received within two weeks of being placed in a class. If payment is not received within two weeks, your registration will be placed on hold and you may be moved to a wait list if the class fills to capacity.

Step 3:

Register online for admission to Lake Washington Institute of Technology. As an adult enrolled in WTG with your toddler, you are concurrently enrolled with LWTech as a student in their parent education program. LWTech provides not only our fantastic instructors, but also critical operational elements that make our program possible. This concurrent enrollment comes at no extra cost to you and is included in your WTG tuition. The one-time LWTech application process covers not only this year, but all future years you may join us at WTG.

If your toddler is attending class with a caregiver, both the caregiver and the parent/legal guardian are required to register with the college. Detailed instructions will be emailed after you've paid the WTG registration fee. Families who attended WTG during the 2022-23 school year, do not need to re-apply.

Wait List Information

Is the class you are interested in full? Don’t be dissuaded! Spots do open in full classes. When the class you are interested in is full, you have two options:

  1. Follow the registration instructions as if you were enrolling in an open class. Registration fees will not be charged until you enroll in a class. When a spot becomes available in your desired class, you will be emailed. You will have 2 business days to accept the spot. After that, the registrar will contact the next family on the list.

  2. Enroll in an open class that fits your schedule and child’s age, and be placed on the wait list of the class you prefer. This will allow your family to reap the benefits of our program immediately. Along with the above registration process, please email the registrar to confirm your plan.

Enrollment Policies

At WTG, we learn, play, and create together. The following policies have been established to ensure a positive and successful environment for each family. If you do not see a category that fits your family’s needs, please contact our registrar for assistance.

Single Toddler

One adult and one toddler are enrolling.  (All Wobblers are considered “toddlers.”)

Twins/Siblings

Two adults (2 parents or 1 parent and 1 caregiver) are enrolling and bringing two toddler siblings.  Only one adult is required to attend each class.

Toddler + Infant

Two adults (2 parents or 1 parent and 1 caregiver) are enrolling and bringing one toddler + one infant (child under 12 months of age as of August 31) to class. Families must pay the Toddler + Infant tuition if they would like to hold a “+infant” spot. Only one adult is required to attend each class.

Toddler + Expected Infant

Families are welcome to bring newborn infants to class, free of charge, until the infant is 12 weeks old. After 12 weeks, the family needs to: A) find alternate care for the infant, B) register a second adult to attend with the toddler while the parent and infant stay home, C) or register for a +infant spot. Families must pay the Toddler + Infant tuition if they would like to hold a “+infant” spot regardless of when the infant starts attending.

Toddler Attending with a Caregiver

If a caregiver will be attending class with a toddler, the legal guardian is required to enroll with LWTech as well as the caregiver. Examples of a caregiver are: nanny, aunt/uncle, or grandparent. Because the legal guardian and caregiver are working as a team to care for the child, both are required to enroll to receive the greatest benefits from our parenting program.

Enrollment in Two Classes

The option to enroll in two classes is available to families who want to attend twice a week. For example, a family can enroll in both sections of the 12-24 months class. Only the teacher and peer group differ between the two class sections. The curriculum remains the same. The enrolled adult will be required to complete 14 parent education events per school year.

Additional information:

  • Siblings are encouraged to enroll in age-appropriate classes. Curriculum is designed for the class age range.

  • Parents/caregivers may only bring children that are enrolled in WTG. Because of insurance and safety reasons, we cannot allow child visitors. Adult visitors are always welcome!

After priority registration for current families, registration forms are always processed in the order they are received. Because there are only three Toddler+Infant spots and two Sibling/Twin spots per class, your enrollment type may affect your class placement.

We are so excited that you are considering being a part of the WTG community! Before you commit to our program, we want to ensure you have all the information needed to make an informed decision. Please thoroughly read through the WTG Classroom Agreements, WTG Safety and Healthy Agreements, and the LWTech Agreements. If you have ANY questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email our volunteer registrar.

Woodinville Toddler Group (WTG) Classroom Agreements

  • I understand this program is a co-op. Parents and instructors are partners in making class time a success. I will do my part to responsibly supervise all children, participate in classroom responsibilities, and to be a courteous class participant.
  • Attendance is important. I will attend class on a regular basis, including in-class parenting education every other week, and fulfill my assigned jobs. If I need to be absent the day I am assigned a classroom job, then I will find another parent to substitute.
  • I will participate in at least one extra volunteer activity per year. Sign-ups for these activities will be available at the New Family Orientation, the Class Potluck, and then posted at WTG.
  • I will attend the required New Family Orientation and/or the Class Potluck prior to the start of the school year, and complete the required forms described in the orientation letter by my first day of class.

Woodinville Toddler Group (WTG) Safety and Health Agreements

  • I will read and abide by the WTG parent handbook, rules, and by-laws.
  • I will view the Prep Videos, Risk Management Safety Video, and AED Emergency Video (all on WTG website) and will familiarize myself with WTG’s emergency procedures and safety policies.
  • I will notify WTG of CPR and First Aid certification with the date of expiration when applicable.
  • I will notify WTG of any allergies for myself and my child(ren).
  • I will keep myself and my child home when signs of illness are present.
  • I am aware that it is my responsibility to let parents know if I do not want my child to be photographed. I will ask permission before taking pictures of their child during class time activities. I will only distribute or post photos of my own child(ren) on social media sites; I will post photos of other children only after I have express consent from each child’s parent/guardian.

Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech) Agreements

  • I am the registered student at LWTech and am enrolled under a parenting education class at WTG.
  • I understand that attending evening parent education options are a requirement of the WTG and LWTech program. Families enrolled in 1 class are required to complete 9 parent ed. options per year. Families enrolled in 2 classes are required to complete 14 parent ed. options per year. I will complete a minimum of 3 evening parent ed. options each quarter to fulfill my requirements for credit. I understand that it is my responsibility to mark my attendance on the evening parenting education form each quarter.
  • WTG has open enrollment throughout Fall Quarter, Winter Quarter, and 10 days into Spring Quarter. Families registering after LWTech’s 10th day of the current quarter will attend WTG, but not be registered with LWTech until the following full quarter. Regardless of my status with LWTech, I will attend evening parenting education events. See instructor or registrar for more details.
